Fullerton Rewards Program

Dear Loyal Customer,

In an effort to reward our many friends who have done business with us and supported us over the years, we have formed the Fullerton Rewards Program. Membership in this program is FREE and will enable you to earn credits for future purchases by referring new customers to us and by allowing us to take care of all your parts and service needs.

THE RULES ARE EASY:
1. The Fullerton Rewards card/key tag is issued to persons who purchase or lease a new or pre-owned vehicle.

2. A $250 Credit will be issued with the initial purchase or lease of a vehicle.

3. A $50.00 credit, in addition to a referral check for $50.00 will be issued when you refer someone NEW and they purchase or lease a new or used vehicle.

4. A 5% Credit will be issued for each Service repair and Parts Department purchase. The 5% is based on figures after all discounts and prior to state sales tax.

5. You can accumulate up to five years after the date of the initial credit. EXCEPTIONS: No wholesale vehicles or used vehicles with a retail sales price of $2,500 or less qualify.

HOW TO USE YOUR CREDITS:
- You MUST present your Fullerton Rewards card or key tag at time of purchase or before to transfer credits.

Under NO circumstances will credits be issued after the actual delivery.

- You may transfer your credits to immediate family members (Immediate family is defined as spouse/mother/father/daughter/son/brother/sister or grandparent)

- When you wish to use your credit for your immediate family member you must accompany that person to Fullerton and identify yourself as a Fullerton Rewards member by presenting your card or key tag. Whatever credits you have accumulated in your account can be used at that time to further reduce the price of the vehicle your family member is purchasing.

- It is not necessary to be present for referral credits as long as you call your salesman or a sales manager to make
him aware of the referral PRIOR to the customer visiting. It is NECESSARY to provide the salesman with your card number. After your referral takes delivery, you will be issued a credit in the amount of $50.00, PLUS a referral check in the amount of $50.00

- You must present your Fullerton Rewards card or key tag to the cashier to receive your credit for any Service repair or Parts Department purchase.

- Credits must be used within 5 years from the date of your initial credit.
